Lauren Spearman

Head of Social & Advocacy, MADE.COM

With over 13 years of experience in digital and consumer marketing, Lauren now leads MADE.COM's global Social and Brand Advocacy teams from the London HQ. Lauren oversees a Europe wide team responsible for social content creation, community management and UGC generation alongside building MADE's share of voice through relationships with content creators, customers and employees. 

With a host of experience in digital marketing at brands including Sky Media and Netmums, Lauren then started at Benefit Cosmetics in 2016 where she oversaw digital advertising and influencer marketing for the make-up brand, generating a new collective of brand advocates. 

Lauren joined MADE in May 2019, setting up the in-house advocacy team, and has since expanded her remit to lead both the Social and Advocacy teams across 9 European markets
