Flora Coluccia’s career spans over 20 years in Communications, Marketing and Public Relations for Luxury brands both in fashion and cosmetics and skin care. She’s been working for L’Oreal Group for over 13 years, where she’s currently the Head of Communication and Influencer Marketing for French luxury perfumes and cosmetics house Lancôme. Prior to this, she worked for LVMH Group as a Head of Communication and PR for the entire luxury portfolio in Italy. She has also worked as International PR Manager at Versace, Sergio Rossi and Romeo Gigli. Flora holds a Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the International University of Languages and Media IULM (Milan, Italy), and a MA in Communication and Marketing at Accademia Di Comunicazione in Milan. She’s specialised in developing Communication & Social Media Strategy to support the launch of products and their brand awareness. She considers herself a team leader with a very creative profile.

Flora is Digital Influencer Manager at Oxfam Great Britain. At the age of 21 she successfully ran an election campaign to lead her Students’ Union, becoming their first female President in a decade and beginning her career within the not-for-profit sector. She joined Oxfam as a Marketing Executive in July 2019 and immediately took responsibility for recruiting influencers for their inaugural ‘Second Hand September’ campaign. Having successfully delivered influencer coverage throughout the campaign, Flora was appointed Oxfam’s first Digital Influencer Manager. In the past 12 months she has built Oxfam’s influencer outreach, working with some of the biggest names in sustainable fashion and lifestyle, as well as supporting up and coming content creators.

Starting her career on Starwood Hotels’ Vita Futura Graduate Management Program, she then went on to lead Starwood (now Marriott)'s Digital Marketing for The Luxury Collection and Le Méridien hotels in Southern Europe, and now leads Radisson Hotel Group's Social Media strategy from their HQ in Brussels. Passionate about creative content, Sophie and her team drive innovation across the brands of Radisson Hotel Group together with Social Care, Social Commerce and Influencer Marketing activities.

He moved to London to join the Global Media team at Unilever working on brands like Sunsilk and Tresemme. He was also the media lead for All Things Hair, a search driven platform where all content was produced by Influencers. He then joined the Northern Europe team of Colgate, opening up the Digital Engagement role for the Oral Care professional team, before moving to Germany to keep expanding the digital capabilities and reach of the Professional team.
